My name is Brian Smith and I am an avid outdoorsman passionate about fly fishing, wing shooting, Safari hunting, and equestrian activities.  My wife Gretchen and I enjoy spending time with our horses and sporting dogs, on the trails, rivers and in the sporting field. 

My wife and I have traveled the world riding horses up the Catalonia coast, fly fishing in the Pyrenees Mountains; riding, shooting and fishing in New Zealand, fishing on the Zambezi and hunting Buffalo in the Luangwa Valley of Zambia.  My son Mason and daughter Ashton are also becoming well traveled young adults. 

I majored in English Literature at the Citadel in Charleston where I became a fan of the literature and enamored with the adventures of the likes of Ernest Hemingway, Robert Ruark, and Theodore Roosevelt.
